Hello Parents! I would like to welcome you to a new school year! We are grateful that you have joined NH at Rainier Vista AM class. Although we are not in person yet, we will be talking each week and invite you to share about your family and your child. Please be sure to provide your email if possible. Be Curious:
Did you know there are 5 ways to learn about things?? They’re called the 5 senses! The 5 senses are Seeing, Smelling, Hearing, Touching and Tasting!
The next time you are playing outside, or at the store, you can use some of these senses to explore your curiosity. For example, if you are at the store, you can SEE all the different foods they have! Can you name the colors you SEE?
If you’re at home, you can TASTE the food you eat with your family! Does the food taste sweet, salty or something else?
Take some time with your family to Be Curious about the different things you can smell and hear and touch, too! You can talk about them, draw pictures, or even make up a song to sing about them!
